Our Platform

Mercadia is an online marketplace that connects contractors, suppliers, property owners, service providers, manufacturers, and other construction professionals.

Mercadia provides a platform for users to connect, communicate, and conduct business. Mercadia is not a contractor, supplier, broker, agent, or party to transactions between users.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use Mercadia.

User Accounts

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Maintain current account information
• Be responsible for activity under your account

Acceptable Use

Users may not:

• Post false or misleading information
• Upload unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing content
• Harass or threaten other users
• Spam the platform
• Attempt unauthorized access to Mercadia systems
• Upload viruses or malicious software
• Impersonate another individual or business

Listings

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, pricing, descriptions, images, and communications.

Mercadia reserves the right to edit, suspend, or remove any listing that violates these Terms.

User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit.

By posting content on Mercadia, you grant Mercadia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for operating and promoting the platform.

Marketplace Disclaimer

Mercadia only provides the marketplace. We do not guarantee:

• Products or services
• Vendor qualifications
• Payment between users
• Completion of projects
• Accuracy of listings
• Availability of inventory

Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any transaction.

Payments

Certain features may become paid services in the future. Pricing and billing terms will be clearly presented before purchase.

Intellectual Property

The Mercadia name, branding, logos, graphics, and website content are owned by Mercadia unless otherwise indicated.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mercadia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

Mercadia's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to Mercadia during the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.

Termination

Mercadia reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

Changes

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of Mercadia constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
